What areas do you service and what types of projects do you do?
Our service area extends over Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa and Illinois. We have done commercial projects for Ravinia and the Iowa State Capitol Building. We do residential pool decks, walkways, patios, driveways and much more. We have cleaned and sealed over 1 million sq feet of brick work.
Is brick the only surface your system works on?

How is your process developed?
Sure Seal has direct relationships with both the chemical and brick manufacturing companies. Through these relationships and over 15 years of experience we have built a unique knowledge and an expertise. Even the brick manufactures use us for their own installations.
What is the benefit of sealing surfaces?
Our sealer is recommended to enhance the look of the pavement, protect it from staining, the damaging effect of the elements and to reduce the cost of maintenance. The elements including freeze - thaw cycles, salt, UV light, and moisture collectively take their toll on the pavement. Our process will make the stain removal significantly easier but we recommend that you always clean the surfaces as soon as possible to realize this benefit. Sealing will ensure that the decorative surface keeps its great looks.
How do you prepare the surface?
Our professionals use and exclusive process to remove the weeds moss ants and debris through our commercial power wash and preparation system
How long will the project take?
Many projects are completed in just 2 days. Day 1 includes: Power washing, Removal of weeds, ants, moss, and some of the sand. Additional cleaning with a specialized cleaning products to prep the surface, this prepares the surface for adherence and will not harm vegetation or the landscape, and weed control measures. Day 2 includes: Second phase of weed and ant control, re-sand joints, additional clearing of the surface, and application of the sealer.
How long after your work is the surface ready to use?
After sealing brick walking surfaces are dry in 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on weather and surface conditions. After sealing brick driving surfaces are cured in 24 hours depending on weather and surface conditions.
